The problem

Your skills are global, but your salary is still local

You're a strong engineer in Bogotá, Lagos, Bangalore, Cairo or Manila. You've shipped real products. You read English documentation every day.

Then a recruiter from a US remote-first company asks: "So, tell me about yourself." You translate in your head. You lose a word. You say "we" when they wanted "I". You answer the question you understood, not the one they asked.

Two days later: "We've decided to move forward with other candidates." And you know your English made you sound more junior than you are.

The real cost

For engineers outside Europe and the US, the gap is often five times your salary

A senior engineer earning $20,000 a year locally can be offered $90,000 to $130,000 by a remote-first US or UK company. Same skills, same laptop.

That gap isn't your code, it's the 45 minutes you spend talking in English. Every month you wait costs you more than this entire program.

Why in person

Two days face to face do what weeks of video calls can't

Online coaching works, and most of this program happens online. But two moments change everything when they happen in the same room: the start, when we build your foundations, and the final stretch, when we rehearse under real pressure.

  • Story Day (week 1): a full day together to run your diagnostic interview, map your errors and build your bank of 8 interview stories. You leave with your foundations done, not just planned.

  • Offer Day (week 10): a full day of back-to-back mock interviews, live system design, and a salary negotiation simulation. You walk into your real final rounds having already done the hardest version.

I fly to your city for both days, and the flights are included in the price. You don't pay extra, you don't book anything, and you don't travel.

What you've tried

More English lessons didn't fix it, and they won't

  • Language apps taught you vocabulary you'll never use in an interview.

  • Group classes had you talk about holidays and hobbies.

  • Generic tutors corrected your grammar but had never heard of a system design round.

  • LeetCode marathons improved your algorithms, not your behavioral round.

None of them trained the skill that gets you hired: telling your engineering story in English, under pressure, in a way that signals seniority.

The method

The Signal Method trains how you sound in interviews, not your general English

  1. Story. Your 8 core stories, built with your real projects and real numbers.

  2. Signal. Ownership language, trade-off vocabulary, and pronunciation of the words that matter.

  3. Stress. Mock interviews with interruptions, fast accents and silence, until your English holds.

What's included

Everything you need to go from first call to signed offer

  • 2 full in-person coaching days in your city, flights included.

  • 10 live 1:1 online sessions of 60 minutes, scheduled in your time zone.

  • Voice-note feedback 5 days a week, with corrections within 24 hours.

  • 6 full mock interviews, recorded and scored on the 5 signals recruiters listen for.

  • Your English resume and LinkedIn profile rewritten for remote-first recruiters.

  • The salary negotiation script, plus a live review of every offer you receive.

  • Lifetime access to the 12-lesson course, your recordings and your phrase library.

Your coach

Coached by a hyperpolyglot who teaches English for a living

I'm Bernard Duchene. English isn't my native language either. I speak six foreign languages fluently, and I teach English professionally every week to adults in vocational training.

People don't fail in a foreign language because they lack words, they fail because nobody trained them for the moment that matters. For you, that moment is the remote interview, and it's the only thing this program trains.

Because each World seat includes two trips, I take only 6 engineers per cohort.

✅ This is for you if

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a technical role.

  • You can already hold a work conversation in English, even imperfectly.

  • You want to sign a remote international offer within 6 months.

  • You can block two full days for in-person coaching in your city.

❌ This is not for you if

  • You're looking for general English lessons from the basics.

  • You're just curious, with no plan to interview soon.

  • You can't commit at least 3 hours a week for 12 weeks.

  • You prefer a fully online program.

Investment

One remote salary pays for the program in a few weeks

The Remote Offer Accelerator World costs €5,370, or 3 monthly payments of €1,970, including both round-trip flights to your city. If it helps you move from a $20,000 local salary to a $90,000 remote one, it pays for itself in your first month.

Because seats are limited and every one includes travel, you start with a 5-minute application and a free 45-minute strategy call. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you honestly.

Guarantee

If you do the work and don't reach a second-round interview, I keep coaching you for free

Attend your sessions and both in-person days, send your weekly voice practice, and apply to at least 15 roles that match your profile. If you still haven't reached a second-round interview at a remote international company, I continue coaching you online at no cost for up to 12 more weeks.

Questions

What engineers ask before they apply

Do I have to travel?

No. I come to you. Both in-person days happen in your city, and my round-trip flights are included in the price. You only need to block the two days and, if possible, suggest a quiet meeting room or coworking space nearby.

Are accommodation and venue included?

The price includes my flights for both trips. We agree on the venue together during the strategy call: most clients use a coworking meeting room, which is usually inexpensive.

I live far from any major airport. Can I still join?

Yes, as long as you can reach a city with an international airport for the two days. Tell me your nearest airport in the application and we'll find the simplest option.

How do online sessions work across time zones?

All online sessions are scheduled in your time zone, including early mornings or evenings for clients in Asia, Oceania or the Americas.

What if I prefer a fully online program?

The standard Remote Offer Accelerator is fully online and costs €2,970. It's the same method without the in-person days. You can see it here.

Can my employer pay for it?

Often, yes. After the strategy call, I can send you an invoice and a program description to submit to your employer's training budget.
