The problem

You can build the system. You just can't sell yourself in English for 45 minutes

You have five, eight, maybe ten years of experience. You've shipped features used by millions of people. Your colleagues come to you when production breaks.

Then a recruiter from a remote-first company in the US calls. "So, tell me about yourself." And something strange happens. You translate in your head. You lose a word. You say "we" when they wanted to hear "I". You answer the question you understood, not the one they asked.

Two days later, you get the email: "We've decided to move forward with other candidates." No feedback. No second chance. And you know, deep down, that your English made you sound more junior than you are.

Meanwhile, an engineer with half your skills, but fluent and relaxed, gets the offer at three times your salary.

The real cost

Every month you wait costs you between €2,500 and €5,000

A senior engineer earning €40,000 locally can earn $100,000 to $140,000 at a US or UK remote company. Same skills. Same laptop. Same time zone, often.

The gap between those two salaries is not your code, it's the 45 minutes you spend talking in English. That gap is €30,000 to €60,000 a year. Over five years, it's the price of a house.

What you've tried

More English lessons didn't fix it, and they won't

You've probably done some of this already:

  • Language apps that taught you vocabulary you'll never use in an interview.

  • Group conversation classes where you talked about holidays and hobbies.

  • Generic tutors who corrected your grammar but had never heard of a system design round.

  • LeetCode marathons, as if one more algorithm would make the behavioral round go better.

None of them trained the one skill that gets you hired: telling your engineering story in English, under pressure, in a way that signals seniority. That's a specific skill. It can be trained in weeks, not years.

The method

The Signal Method trains how you sound in interviews, not your general English

Recruiters don't grade your grammar. They listen for signals: ownership, clarity, trade-offs, numbers, calm. The Signal Method builds those signals in three layers.

  1. Story. We build your bank of 8 core stories, the ones that answer 90% of behavioral questions, with your real projects and real numbers.

  2. Signal. We rewrite how you say them: ownership verbs, trade-off language, the 40 words non-native engineers mispronounce in interviews, and the phrases that buy you thinking time without sounding lost.

  3. Stress. We rehearse under real pressure: interruptions, fast American and British accents, follow-up questions, silence. Until your English holds when your heart rate goes up.

You don't need perfect English, you need interview English that holds under pressure. That's why we work on your actual target roles from week one.

Your coach

Coached by a hyperpolyglot who teaches English for a living

I'm Bernard Duchene. English isn't my native language either. Today I speak six foreign languages fluently, and I teach English professionally every week to adults in vocational training.

I've learned one thing from all those years: people don't fail in a foreign language because they lack words, they fail because nobody trained them for the moment that matters. For you, that moment is the remote interview. That's the only thing this program trains.

This is the founding cohort. I'm taking 8 engineers, no more, so I can review every recording myself.

✅ This is for you if

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a technical role.

  • You can already hold a work conversation in English, even imperfectly.

  • You want to sign a remote international offer within 6 months.

  • You can practice at least 3 hours a week for 12 weeks.

❌ This is not for you if

  • You're looking for general English lessons from the basics.

  • You're just curious, with no plan to interview soon.

  • You want a guaranteed job without doing the practice.

  • You expect someone else to apply to jobs for you.

Investment

One remote salary pays for the program in less than a month

The Remote Offer Accelerator costs €2,970, or 3 monthly payments of €1,090. If it helps you close even a €25,000 salary gap, it pays for itself within your first five weeks on the job.

Because seats are limited and the work is personal, you start with a 4-minute application and a free 45-minute strategy call. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you honestly.

Guarantee

If you do the work and don't reach a second-round interview, I keep coaching you for free

Attend your 12 sessions, send your weekly voice practice, and apply to at least 15 roles that match your profile. If you still haven't reached a second-round interview at a remote international company, I continue coaching you at no cost for up to 12 more weeks. The risk is on me, not on you.

Questions

What engineers ask before they apply

My English isn't good enough yet. Should I wait?

If you can already hold a work conversation, even with mistakes, you're ready. The program doesn't aim for perfect English. It trains interview English, which is a much smaller and faster target. Waiting for "perfect" is exactly what keeps most engineers stuck.

I have a full-time job. Do I really have time?

The program is built for employed engineers: one 60-minute session a week, plus 20 to 40 minutes of voice practice a day, which you can do on your commute. Most participants spend 3 to 5 hours a week in total.

I have an accent. Will that be a problem?

No. Remote companies hire engineers from all over the world, and accents are normal. What costs you offers is unclear pronunciation on key words and hesitation, not the accent itself. We fix the first and train the second.

Why not just use a cheaper English tutor?

A tutor improves your general English. This program trains one precise moment: the remote technical interview, with its behavioral questions, its system design narration and its salary negotiation. One extra offer is worth more than years of general lessons.

Can my employer or a training budget pay for it?

Yes. Many companies have a learning budget. After your strategy call, I can send you an invoice and a program description to submit to your employer.

What happens after I apply?

I read your application personally. If you're a fit, you receive an email within one business day with a link to book your free 45-minute strategy call. We decide together, with no pressure.
